General Lodging Information: Where To Stay In Resurrection Bay?

During the busy tourist season that extends from June thru August, it can be difficult to find a place to stay in Seward. This is especially true during the weekends and holidays. It is best to plan ahead and make reservations well in advance of your visit. If your planning to be here during the Fourth of July Festivities or for the annual Silver Salmon Fishing Derby held each August, Reservations are more then a suggestion, there a must. A deluxe facility located in the forest 2 miles north of the Small Boat Harbor and 6 miles from Exit Glacier.

Located in downtown Seward, the completely-restored hotel was built in 1916 and placed on the National Register of Historical Places in 1980.
